KNOW-HOW AND INNOVATION. At BAVARIA, knowledge built up over more than three decades is combined with cutting-edge production methods. The shipyard has one of the most state-of-the-art series production facilities for sailing yachts world- wide. From hull lamination to final delivery, our yachts pass various assembly stations covering a distance of more than six kilometers. CAD/CAM programs and high-precision robots together with the long-standing experience and skilled craftsmanship of our highly qualified employees provide for excellent teamwork. QUALITY THROUGH QUANTITY. High volume production does not only mean higher cost-effectiveness but also better quality. With an annual manufacturing capacity of more than 3000 yachts, our 650 employees especially benefit from learning these regular techniques. Furthermore, there is a large degree of auto-mation that guarantees a consistently high quality and avoids sources of errors. Examples for this are assembly stations, lamination halls with permanent humidity and temperature control, CNC devices and robots as well as an automated varnishing line and additional UV drying. STANDARD WAY ABOVE STANDARD. BAVARIA applies standards that are considerably more rigorous than required by law. The GL Yacht Plus Certification, a voluntary yet strict certification process that far exceeds EU requirements offering an even greater degree of security, can be taken as an example. Not a single yacht leaves the shipyard without under- going an additional thorough testing apart from the ongoing quality assurance that is part and parcel of the production process. Our yachts are exclusively manufactured at the central production site in Germany. ERFAHRUNG UND INNOVATION. Bei BAVARIA wird die Erfahrung von über drei Jahrzehnten mit innovativen Produktionsmethoden vereint. So verfügt die Werft über eine der modernsten Serienfertigungsanlagen im Yachtbau weltweit. Vom Laminieren des Rumpfes bis zur fertigen Auslieferung legen unsere Yachten über sechs Kilometer auf Beförderungsanlagen zurück. CAD/CAM-Programme und hochpräzise Roboter in Verbindung mit der langjährigen Erfahrung und den handwerklichen Fertigkeiten unserer hoch qualifizierten Mitarbeiter sorgen für exzellentes Teamwork. QUALITÄT DURCH QUANTITÄT. Hohe Stückzahlen bedeuten nicht nur höhere Kosteneffektivität, sondern auch höhere Qualität. Bei einer jährlichen Fertigungskapazität von über 3.000 Yachten profitieren unsere 650 Mitarbeiter besonders stark von Lern- und Größeneffekten. Hinzu kommt ein hohes Maß an Automatisierung, wodurch eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität gewährleistet wird und Fehlerquellen vermieden werden. Beispiele hierfür sind Förderungsanlagen, Laminierräume mit Luftfeuchtigkeits- und Temperaturüberwachung, CNC-Anlagen und Roboter sowie eine automatische Lackierstraße mit UV-Trocknung. STANDARD, DER ÜBER STANDARD LIEGT. BAVARIA verfolgt Standards, die deutlich höher liegen als gesetzlich gefordert. Ein Beispiel ist das GL Yacht Plus-Zertifikat. Das strenge freiwillige Zertifizierungsverfahren, das weit über die EU-Anforderungen hinausgeht, bietet eine noch höhere Sicherheit. Keine Yacht verlässt die Werft ohne eine zusätzliche ausführliche Prüfung – neben der fest im Produktionsprozess verankerten permanenten Qualitätssicherung. Unsere Yachten werden vollständig am zentralen Produktionsstandort in Deutschland gefertigt.
